You log into your website and see those red icons indicating a update is needed. Sometimes you do them other times you just ignore them. You a bit scared updating them might cause a break.

You don't have time to keep your website maintenance up to date because its not high on your priority list. Plus things seem to be running ok.

Tech is not your thing and all the technical lingo is making your mind spin and zone out so you'd rather just pass this type of stuff off to a professional.

For a couple of years, I went from free theme to free theme for my website and never be entirely happy about its appearance or functionality. Then I found one that was doable, but not as effective as I liked.   • WordPress updates - WordPress itself occasionally needs to be updated. This is must have to keep your site secure and optimal.
  • Plugin updates - Making sure your plugins are updated to reduce security breaches to your website.
  • Weekly backups - you'll have access to in case you need to reverse to an old copy of your site.
  • Malware monitoring - spammers are no fun especially when they fill your comment sections with inappropriate information. So i'll keep an eye on that to limit them getting through.

The process & how to get started

Submit a interest request and i'll ask you some questions about your website to ensure we are a fit.

I’ll send you the official paperwork to start your maintenance plan along with a request for any necessary login information etc.

Sit back and relax, I'll send you weekly update so you know what is going on. If your on the Bordeaux Support plan you can assign tasks inside of Asana and get a notification of completion.

What platforms do you support?

I work with WordPress & Squarespace

What themes do you work with?

I work with a variety of themes but prefer those built on Genesis or GeneratePress. If you are unsure which them you are using I can check before we decide to work together.

Themes that I do not work with are from Themeforrest. If you happen to have a theme from there I recommend you reach out to the creators on Envato for support.

What hosting company do you recommend?
